This is a print of my up-cycled original oil painting 'A Small Wooden Cabin', inspired by the book series Harry Potter by JK Rowling.
 
It is so named after the description of the character 'Hagrid' and his home on the edge of the forest. 
 
In the painting, my interpretation of the hut is seen with its vegetable patch full of pumpkins as well as a castle in the misty background behind evergreen trees. A magical village of Hogsmead is seen at the base of the misty mountains. I painted in my rendition of the mystical beast; a hippogriff, comes out of the forest and stops by the side of the river.
