Miss Elizabeth is a print of my sold original, up-cycled oil painting that is inspired by the 2005 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, written by Jane Austen. It is inspired by the most beloved scene, of Mr Darcy's proposal to Lizzie.
I wanted to encapsulate this moment that holds so much tension and a spectrum of emotions, in a setting that exaggerates the scene, the rain storm that surround them in the the domed, white Temple.
