They're Not Alone
This is my oil painting 'They're Not Alone', my depiction of Helm's Deep. A pivotal event in both the book and the film adaptation of The Two Towers. This print depicts the iconic siege where 300 men, a few elves, and one dwarf fight against 10,000 Uruk-hai.
In the painting we see Gandalf the white, storm towards the mass of Orcs that have taken over the fortress of Hornburg. As dawn breaks, the sun streams down and brings a sudden explosion of hope.

The Pink Palace
This piece is an up-cycled oil painting inspired by LAIKA Studios's adaptation of the novel Coraline. This film has magic in it, I swear. It's colours, characters, and ability to bring the story to life in incredible detail, whilst still uncovering easter eggs all these years later, makes it an autumnal must watch.
I imagine this painting depicts the aftermath of Coraline's adventures, where her parents are and she is safe from the beldam... or is she🧵🪡

Spare Oom
Inspired by our favourite childhood story and film series, this oil painting is of 'Narnia', from 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe', specifically from the 2005 film.
Even now, I can't see a big, wooden wardrobe and not thing of this fantastical book. I was so excited to dive into the world of 'Spare Oom'. This was my own interpretation of the moment they come through the wardrobe and discover the magic world of white. The painting features the siblings, the White Witch's castle in the mountainous distance, the iconic lamppost, and a couple of other easter eggs.
No available as a Print.

What are men to rocks and mountains?
This is an original, upcycled oil painting inspired by a scene from the 2005 Pride and Prejudice where Elizabeth has travelled to the north for a holiday with her aunt and uncle.
It's a moment that shows the boldness, wildness and untamness of Lizzy. She is reflecting whilst being immersed in nature, something that is woven into the fabric of her being.
I loved this moment in the film and wanted to bring it to life.
This piece comes with a beautiful ornate gold frame.

Headstrong Foolish Girl
This original, upcycled oil painting is inspired by the 2005 Pride and Prejudice. Not only is this moment cinematically beautiful, but I always watched it knowing how much the moment held, in both the book and on screen adaptations. Elizebeth has refused Mr. Collins. Although there's always a comedic element in this scene, this is a women refusing a man, a man who could also protect the family and bring security, and yet Lizzy is choosing herself, and her own happiness, somthing that was rare in those days and not what was expected of women.
This piece encapsulates the moment Elizabeth denies Mr. Collins, to escape to the sanctuary of her own thoughts and the freedom out the outdoors, a place that is always there for Lizzy in all her moods and feelings.
I loved that she is called a "headstrong foolish girl", we all need to be headstrong and foolish sometimes.
This piece comes in a beautiful, gold ornate frame.

The Burrow - Second Rendition
As requested, here is a second rendition of the iconic, magical and cosy 'Burrow' that is the Weasley home.
This oil painting features the cosy, 'self made', crooked house. The Ford Anglia, Arthur Weasley's workshop, the quidditch training rings, as well as a broken broom and a little owl hiding in the branches.
This was such a joy to paint and I loved adding little easter eggs throughout the piece. This painting comes in a (all be it, a little battered) lovely gold vintage frame (matching the style of the house).
Dimensions:
Height - 49.5 cm
Length - 65 cm
Depth of frame - 5cm
It's not much, but it's home 🍂
