DELIVERY DETAILS

All prints are printed to order, therefore please allow upto 5-working days production time prior to dispatch.

What is the shipping + arrival time? 🕰️

I ship 1st class 48h shipping rates (domestic/UK) Ships in 3-5 Days and delivered within 2 days and 1st class Tracked international rates (USA + International): Ships in 3-5 Days + Delivered within 10-30 Days

Some heavier or larger orders may incur extra shipping costs. If this is the case you will be contacted and asked whether you would like to pay the additional costs or cancel your order. If you are unsure or have any questions about this please contact us before you place your order.

The shipping for paintings is curated depending on the size and destination of the buyer. You will be contacted to discuss delivery details.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the fact that prints are printed to order, we do not accept returns for unwanted, mis-purchased or un-liked prints.

Damaged items must be reported in writing within 48hrs of delivery. Prints damaged during the unwrapping or de-roiling process are not covered by our returns policy. Prints must be returned in a resale condition. On receipt of returned prints, we will inspect the prints for damage, marks, scuffs, blemishes, scratches and/or fingerprints any marks found within the printed areas with be exempt from refund. A gesture of goodwill payment will be refunded to cover the return postage and upto a maximum of 50% of the purchase price.

Prints that are genuinely damaged in transport will be reprinted and delivered in a timely manner at our expense.

3. Prints

  • Prints are physical items unless explicitly labeled as digital.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.

  • Frames are not included unless stated otherwise.

4. Commission Work

4.1 Commission Requests

  • Commission availability is subject to artist capacity.

  • By submitting a commission request, you agree to provide clear and accurate reference materials and descriptions.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

4.2 Payment for Commissions

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery.

  • No refunds are offered once work has begun.

4.3 Revisions

  • 3 Minor revisions are included.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Major changes that alter the original request may require renegotiation or a new commission.

4.4 Completion Time

  • Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline and may vary.

  • Delays due to complexity, illness, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

4.5 Client Approval & Abandonment

  • Clients must respond to progress updates within 30 days.

  • If no response is received after 5 attempts, the commission may be considered abandoned with no refund.

5. Commission Usage Rights & Copyright

  • All commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

  • The client receives a personal-use license only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Commissioned artwork may not be resold, reproduced, or used commercially without purchasing a commercial license.

  • The artist retains the right to display commissioned artwork in portfolios, galleries, and promotional materials unless a prior written agreement states otherwise.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in British pound currency.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Full payment must be received before shipping physical items or delivering final digital files.

7. Shipping (Physical Items)

  • Orders ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Darcey Flo Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • International buyers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Prints: Refunds or replacements are offered only for items damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 of delivery with photos.

  • Commissions: Due to the custom nature of commission work, all commission payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

9. Intellectual Property (General)

  • All artwork on this site is protected by copyright.

  • Purchasing a print or commission does not transfer copyright ownership.

  • Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site or its content:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To infringe on intellectual property rights

  • To reproduce or distribute artwork without permission

  • To interfere with the site’s functionality or security

11. Limitation of Liability

Darcey Flo Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products/services purchased.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
