*This is a print of my original painting
Sofia Coppola’s 2006 film Marie Antoinette is now celebrating its 20th anniversary. A favourite film of mine since its release. I have up-cycled 3 paintings inspired by the iconic ‘I Want Candy’ scene. 🍬
This print depicts an arrangement of pink and yellow flowers, with 2 of Marie Antoinette's "girls" tasting the excessive wealth, youth, and consumerism of the 18th-century French court. Featuring a pastel cake, champagne, gambling and an iconic Manolo Blahnik shoes that were made especially for the film. I hope you like the pieces! *Plays “I Want Candy” by Bow Wow Wow 🪭🍰🎲

The prints are made using Giclée printing – the gold standard used by museums and galleries worldwide.
